Vsense is intended for individuals 16 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 16. If you believe a person under 16 has provided personal data, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Depending on how you use Vsense, you may provide:
Vsense uses your device camera to perform wellness measurement. Vsense never uploads raw video or raw images.
Instead, Vsense processes the camera stream locally and generates an encrypted payload of derived signals and parameters (not pictures or video). This encrypted derived measurement data may be transmitted to our backend and to our technology partner, Nuralogix, to analyze the data and generate wellness results. Raw camera input is processed in real time and is not stored or retained by Vsense or Nuralogix.
The Service may generate wellness measurements and scores (e.g., general wellness indicators).
If you create an account and choose to save results, we store your results history linked to your account.
If you use Vsense without saving, we may keep only short-lived operational logs needed to deliver the session and keep the service secure.

This processing involves transmitting encrypted derived measurement data to Nuralogix for analysis to generate wellness results.
Before your first scan the app shows you exactly what will be sent and to whom, and asks you to agree. You can decline, and you can withdraw your agreement at any time in Profile › Consent; the scan feature then does not run and the rest of the app keeps working.
Nuralogix Inc. is based in Toronto, Canada. No video, photographs, facial-recognition data, face template or other biometric identifier is uploaded or stored — only derived signal data, over an encrypted connection. Nuralogix processes this data under contract with us and is required to provide the same or equivalent level of protection described in this policy.
We use AWS to host and run parts of Vsense, including servers, databases, storage, and security tooling. AWS may process data as needed to provide these services.
If you purchase a subscription or other paid features on the web (or where Stripe is used), payments are processed by Stripe. We receive transaction identifiers/receipts and billing-related information needed for customer support, accounting, and fraud prevention. We do not receive or store your full card number.
If you download Vsense through the Apple App Store or Google Play, Apple/Google will process certain data under their own policies (including device/app store identifiers). If you make purchases via in-app billing, Apple/Google may process payment information and provide us purchase confirmations/receipts for account provisioning and support.
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, lawful government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or our business.
When you use the skin analysis feature, the photograph of your skin that you choose to submit is sent to Autoderm Inc. (United States) for analysis. Your name and email address are not sent with it.
Autoderm uses the photograph solely to compare it against its image model and return a list of skin conditions the image may resemble, for your information. This is general wellness information, not a diagnosis.
The full photograph is used for the analysis and is not stored on Vsense servers. A small thumbnail is kept in your own Vsense history so you can review earlier results, and you can delete it at any time.
Before your first skin analysis the app shows you what will be sent and to whom, and asks you to agree. You can decline, and you can withdraw your agreement at any time in Profile › Consent. Our servers refuse to forward an image without a recorded agreement.
Autoderm processes this data under contract with us and is required to provide the same or equivalent level of protection described in this policy.
The chat assistant inside Vsense runs on our own servers against a fixed knowledge base that we write and maintain. Nothing you type into it is sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or any other external AI provider, and we do not use your data to train any AI model.
Because our vendors/technology partners (e.g., AWS, Nuralogix, Stripe) may operate in multiple countries, your data may be processed outside Thailand. We take reasonable steps to protect transfers using appropriate safeguards (such as contractual controls, access controls, and security measures).
