The Vitals Section Score aggregates your core cardiovascular vital signs — heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, and irregular heartbeat count — into a single section score. It reflects the health of your most fundamental physiological functions: how well your heart is pumping, your blood is circulating, and your lungs are working at the moment of the scan.
How Vsense measures it
Vsense combines the individual scores of heart rate, blood pressure (systolic and diastolic), breathing rate, and IHB count into a weighted section average.
How it's scored
70–100: Vitals are in healthy ranges. 50–69: One or more vitals need attention. Below 50: Multiple vital signs outside optimal ranges.
What a high reading means
A high Vitals Score means your most fundamental cardiovascular and respiratory measurements were in healthy ranges during your scan — a strong foundation for overall wellness.
What a low reading means
A low Vitals Score indicates that core measurements — heart rate, blood pressure, or breathing rate — were outside optimal ranges. Identify which specific vital is pulling it down (visible in the scan detail) and address that first.

What is the Vitals Score made up of?

My vitals feel fine but my score is low — why?
Some vitals like blood pressure and breathing rate are difficult to assess subjectively. A scan may reveal a reading outside the optimal range that you don't feel. The scan captures your state at a specific moment — rescanning in a calm, rested state provides the most accurate picture.
